St. Christopher, inspired by the patron saint of travellers, is a single that is close to The Lost Brothers hearts. The band chose to release this Christmas song in aid of the Peter McVerry Trust (supporting young homeless people in Dublin) in honour of those making long journeys to and from their homes. Produced by Domino recording artist Bill Ryder-Jones (Domino recording artist and former lead guitarist of The Coral) at Elevator Studios in Liverpool, the song features special guest Drew McConnell (Babyshambles, Fionn Regan) on bass guitar and Bill himself on piano.
The new Lost Brothers album "The Passing Of The Night". Produced by Brendan Benson in Nashville, the boys are backed by an impressive collective of Nashville musicians, including Gill Landry (Old Crow Medicine Show), Brad Pemberton (the Cardinals), Paul Brainard (M. Ward, Richmond Fontaine) and Andrew Higley (Ben Folds).
